" The file can not be found ." Whether working document , you have been working for the day or a picture that is very dear, you see this error message is bound to make you worry. When this happens , remember to remain calm and solve the problem.

You throw in the towel before you perform a search. Do you remember the file name ? If so, click on the search function . Just use the first few letters of the title , which is good . For example , if your file is named "Happy Memories", " happens " type. If you separate the two words , namely "Happy Memories" , there is a chance that the file will not appear in the search results.

Why file missing ? Most likely , you already dragging files to another folder for errors.
Another possibility is that you do not accidentally delete your files. To recover a deleted file , the Recycle Bin - find icons on the desktop . If you are still in the bin file , you can simply click the Restore button. You last saved in the folder , the file can be found.

Alternatively, you can cut and paste in a new file in the folder . This way, you do not need to sift through just to find your recovered files folder.

Permanently delete files
When you click on a file , and then hit Shift and Delete keys , your computer will prompt you to ask if you want to delete a file. If you hit 'yes' without carefully reading the message , you will permanently delete the file. This file will not even be sent to the Recycle Bin.

If this happens , you need to stop all work and no data is written during the same disk partition. Remove your disk and install it in "read only" drive on a different computer.

All is not lost . There is free recovery tools that can help you recover your files. Just follow the instructions. To ensure success , always remember not to save or write to the disk partition anything.

If the recovery tool does not work, you can also ask for help in data recovery expert or firm . Make sure you go to a credible - if your hard disk is a lack of experienced technical staff hands can do more harm. So, be careful .
